Most of the time, we don’t truly appreciate how noisy our world is since we are distracted. But from time-to-time, I take a news vacation and disconnect from TV, newspapers, radio, social media. It can be brief, but what is most important is that it is truly serene and free of noise – a weekend getaway or real vacation, for example. Diving back into the noise then provides a new outlook on the information and helps add more meaning and awareness. Try it… it works.
