Find your mountain.

I am officially three weeks out from flying to Alabama to get ready to run my first 100-mile trail race through Cheaha State Park, which boasts 16,000 feet of elevation gain. Just writing that statement makes my knees buckle and my stomach turn upside down. But here’s what I know to be true – finding the mountain that intimidates me, excites me and enthralls me is worth every pain, every tear, every drop of sweat-equity. For me, the mountain trail represents the path of passion and love, and love is the only journey that truly matters. So find your mountain (whatever it may be), go get after it, never look back.
