I love failure.

It’s true – I love failure. It’s important to quiet the noise and learn. The best lessons that I’ve learned have been from failure – and I suspect I am not alone. The greatest gift of failure is success, because when I fail I have an amazing opportunity presented to learn from it, flip it, and succeed in a much bigger way than I ever dreamed possible. I learned how to embrace failure from running ultras. Two poor races in the past month and long lists of what went wrong set me up nicely for a big win in my future. Such as life in racing and life at work, it’s time to aim for greatness and not back down.
